Three traditional thatched roof bungalows and two rooms for rent set in lush tropical gardens overlooking the ocean at Balian Beach. Positioned directly opposite the beach, the complex is a short 100 metre stroll from the surf. We also have a delightful café in the same location.
Each room is clean and comfortable with quality furnishings, antique furniture and recycled timber furniture, mosquito net, hot water shower in garden bathroom and cooling fan. Also included, TV/DVD player, bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and outdoor private terrace overlooking the tropical gardens.

This beautiful and luxury beach house is set in a beautiful lush private gardens. Antique Javanese door entrance, a long wooden deck terrace with long bench for your relaxation while you have a cup of tea and a book to read. With a double bedroom and a single bedroom, living area with TV/DVD, and satelite system in the same room with a small kitchen. Wooden floor and stones wall shower bathroom with antique wooden divider.

This delightful double storey room is set in large private gardens filled with tropical plants and flowers. Antique Javanese doors give total privacy and an outdoor table and chairs make an ideal place to eat or work. With a double bed upstairs and a single bed downstairs, the room sleeps three people in comfort. Work desk, comfortable sofa, TV/DVD, bar fridge and outdoor shower bathroom complete the facilities.

This charming little room has been judged a favourite by many romantic guests. It is a unique hand-carved wooden house from Timor with unique entrance gate. It features an open plan bedroom/sittingroom, a large outdoor balcony and a natural stone garden shower bathroom.
