Our luxury 3 storey boutique coconut wood villas are set in exotic tropical gardens with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. Both villas have writing desk and TV/DVD/CD stereo system on the first floor and open kitchen, natural stone bathroom on the ground floor plus their own private garden bale (gazebo) for relaxation or massage.
The smaller Chempaka 2 level bungalow is positioned right beside the scenic Balian river, the bedroom upstairs have a fabulous views of the garden and river.
There is a large range of videos, books, games and cd's on hand to keep the whole family happy.



Facing the Balian river, there is a small natural stone swimming pool with wooden deck available for all guests to cool and relax in.
The grounds surrounding the villas are filled with exotic flowers and fruit trees...with small winding paths leading to private, flower filled relaxation areas. And the beach is just 100 metres stroll away.

Alamanda Villa ~ sleeps 2 - 4
Great for families, friends, or small groups.

This attractive grass roofed villa features a full kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, two single beds and writing desk on the first floor, one double bed on the top floor . The kids can lounge around and watch videos while mum and dad have a massage or mix up a cocktail downstairs.

Spoil yourselves in this romantic luxury villa with double bed on the top floor, two single beds and writing desk in the first floor living room and spacious downstairs bathroom and kitchen.
